Ingredients
  • 1 (oz) vodka
  • 2-3 mint sprigs
  • Soda
  • 2 oz White Peach Daiquiri/Margarita Mixer

  • 2 oz Whiskey Sour Mixer
Suggested Garnish:
  • lemon zest
Suggested Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
  • Combine first three ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  • Shake and strain into rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Float red wine over top and garnish.

Apricot Jammin'

Ingredients
  • 2 (oz) bourbon
  • 1 tsp apricot jam
  • 1 vanilla bean (smoke)*
  • Lemon-lime soda
  • 2 oz Whiskey Sour Mixer
  • 1 oz Single Pressed Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
Suggested Garnish:
  • orange zest
  • lemon wedge

Directions
  • Mix jam and bourbon in the bottom of a shaker tin until jam has dissolved.
  • Fill tin with ice and add the lemon and sugar.
  • Place smoke* filled Boston glass into the tin.
  • Shake and strain into glass filled with ice.
  • Fill with lemon-lime soda.
  • *vanilla bean smoke: Turn a Boston glass moth down on the bar top.
  • Trap smoke inside glass.
