Ginger Ruby

Ingredients

  • - 2 oz (60 ml) Master of Mixes Mai Tai Mixer
  • - 1.5 oz (45 ml) ginger tea infused vodka
  • - 1 oz (30 ml) grapefruit juice
  • - 2 dashes rhubarb bitters

Directions

  • - Combine all ingredients in a Boston glass filled with ice.
  • - Shake and strain into chilled glass.
  • - *Ginger tea infusion is made using 4 bags of ginger tea infused in 750 mL bottle vodka.

Suggested Garnish: Lemon Zest, 2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
