Ingredients
- - 0.25 oz (7 ml) Master of Mixes Simple Syrup Lite
- - 2 oz (60 ml) gin
- - .25 oz (7 ml) dry vermouth
- - Sprigs of thyme and rosemary
- - Peychaud’s bitters
Suggested Garnish: Thin Lemon Slice
Suggested Glass: Martini/Cocktail Glass
Directions
- - Muddle herbs in the bottom of a mixing glass and fill with ice. Combine next three ingredients. Stir and strain into chilled glass. Top with 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.
